Drinking water is the best for the body! I try and drink 2L daily!
These are all great snack ideas but I have never tried bananas with tahini and honey before! I am intrigued and it looks super healthy too. Will definitely have to try it out since I have all three ingredients at home.

I love avocados, they really do something to my body when I eat them.
These are all great snacks! I find that nut butters provide me with a lot of good energy when I really need it.
I love hard boiled eggs sprinkled with nutritional yeast, salt and pepper
